What an annoyance!

I had visited chiropractor Dr. Anna Moseley in Vienna, VA for chiropractic care, at Metropolitan Chiropractic.

I really liked Dr. Anna, a great deal in fact, but the office staff could not keep payments straight.

I overpaid my copay one day as they didn't have change. The next time I paid the difference.

About a year later, the other chiropractor - Anthony Avedisian, DC - was there and he insisted that I owed for the visit where I only partially paid - as I had part of my copay paid in advance!

So I ended up having to pay EXTRA! I tried to explain it, but he and the receptionist refused to believe me. They acted as though I was trying to get away with cheating them out of $15.

what really bothered me was that they just acted as though I was trying to cheat them. The $15 isn't that big a deal. But being treated as though I was lying...

I have not been back yet.

Anyone know of a good chiropractor with trustworthy, reliable staff?
